This may include painting a few rooms, replacing some light or bath fixtures, and crossing those “home maintenance” to-dos of your list. Not only will I share my expert suggestions on what today’s buyers want, I’ll put you in touch with the best, most affordable contractors in the area.

Step 2: Staging + Styling

Aka THE FUN PART. While you and the fam head to the park or out to lunch, my team and I will get “in formation” and transform your home. We’ll transport and arrange my personal collection of HGTV-worthy furnishings, accessories, and details to transform your home into a potential buyer’s dream home. Finally, we’ll have your home professionally cleaned, and there are never any hidden fees or expenses.

You know it. I know it.
