That single transaction started a string of profitable investments that continues to this day (my latest investment is a charming Airbnb in Packwood that my family and I absolutely love).

Step 2: Negotiate the right price.

Whether you’re planning to flip a home quickly or hold it as a rental property, the key to making this investment profitable comes down to making sure you get it at the right price. As a Gig Harbor, Packwood, and Kitsap expert, I know which neighborhoods have the greatest property appreciation and how to calculate your after-repair value.

Step 3: Fix her up.

As you prepare your property for profit, I’m available to advise you on what upgrades are on-trend among buyers, from paint colors and countertop fixtures to bathroom fixtures.

Step 4: Stage and style for profits.

Now for the fun part — the one that lands you multiple offers. My team and I will transport and arrange my personal collection of HGTV-worthy furnishings, accessories, and details as needed to transform your new property into a potential buyer’s dream home. Finally, we’ll have the  home professionally cleaned (and there are never any hidden fees or expenses).

You know it. I know it. Low-quality photos just don’t cut it anymore with today’s buyers (and yet you’d be surprised at how many agents still rely on their cell phones for marketing photos … ummmm, NO). You need a professionally shot, wow-worthy photo gallery that showcases the very best of your home and makes potential buyers speed-dial their real estate agent to schedule a showing ASAP.
